What is ISO 45001:2018. Occupational Health & Safety Management System?
ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health & safety management requirements standard, provides the guidelines for the implementation of a Occupational Health & Safety (OH7S) system to be implemented which enables the organization to provide a Safe & Healthy Work environment to its workforce and employees.
In implementing and ISO 45001:2018 system, the organization aims to prevent work-related injuries and to provide an environment which prevents serious illnesses to its workforce. The systems should support the organizations target and objectives to reduce or even prevent work-related injuries or ill health. If implemented effectively, it should improve the organizational overall OH&S performance targets or KPI's.
