ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and safety management systems, a practical guide for small organizations.
In part 3 of our series on "Knowing your ISO Standard ISO 45001:2018" we mentioned that existence of an ISO 45001 Guideline handbook for Small & Medium Enterprise Organizations. We did explain why such a handbook is necessary, specifically when it comes to the implementation of ISO related standards in the small or medium size organization. One of the main limitations for small or medium organizations are the availability of resources to implement, and maintain these standards.
Yet again there is a small life line ISO.org in conjunction with UNIDO published a Handbook to assist small & medium size organizations with the interpretation and implementation of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. This standard will give the reader not only a made simpler explanation of the standard, but will also provide some practical examples on how to go about implementing a ISO 45001 OH&S system for your company.
